Stay cosy with my top 5 winter warmers

Just the other day, I said it wasn't feeling particularly wintery, quite mild in fact as I haven't worn a proper coat in ages but as the saying goes 'don't speak too soon' I woke up a few days ago to our first proper frost.  I suddenly thought do I need to get myself a new winter coat, well probably not but probably will!  I thought I'd make a little top 5 wish-list of fabulous winter warmers to give you some inspiration if you need to get your own winter coat.

Lots of my styles above feature the AW13 trend tartan and I love bright bold colours which makes winter days a bit brighter.  My favourite and top of the list is the coat by Lands End, a fabulous autumnal colour and perfect for wrapping up on a winter walk.  There are lots of lovely styles, lengths and colours to choose from and I hope my little list has given you some inspiration on choosing your cosy winter warmer.
